Summer is officially here!!!!! We have had a great start to the Summer and hoping for many more days just like the picture above. We have really enjoyed these warmer days, being able to spend all day outside in the parks and having picnics!
We have some BIG news in the Moreno house, keep reading and you will find out what it is.
Kara is 16 weeks old today, can you believe it? It seems like yesterday she was born and now 16 weeks, oh my goodness where has the time gone. She is doing great and looking more and more beautiful each day. She is also and EXCELLENT sleeper. Most nights she sleeps from 6:30ish - 6:00 am. If she doesn't sleep straight through then she wakes up around 3 and then she is down again until about 6:30. She is a cat napper during the day, but I will take it if she continues to sleep through the night.
She is talking all the time, loves to sing when you sing to her, loves to play with her mat and is really close to rolling over. We fall more and more in love with her each day and can't wait to see what is in store for us in the coming days.
Now for the big news... MCKENNA IS POTTY TRAINED!!!!! She does such a good job of telling us when she wants to go now and hasn't had an accident in about 5 days now. We are still working on the pooping thing, but no diapers except at night, we are loving it. She is doing a great job at being a big sister and is starting to listen a little better too. She is great when we are in public but when we get home it is like she turns off her ears and does whatever she wants to do. Like I said she is starting to listen a little better, but we have some work to do. We are ready for the hot days to stay so we can spend it outside and swim in the pool.
