We are back and having fun sleeping in our own beds and NOT living out of suitcases. It was awesome to go to Texas and to get to go to Florida with Aaron, but man it feels so very nice to be at home. We will be here for about 2-3 more weeks and then off to Maryland we go, so we will be cherishing these weeks.
McKenna turned 10 months a week or so back and she is just growing too fast and learning new things daily. She now knows where her head is, what a turkey says, what a duck says and can identify what a duck is. She claps for herself or anyone else when she feels something good has happened and says "yay" as she is clapping. She continues to terrorize Junebug on a daily basis and has decided climbing the stairs is the greatest thing and the funniest thing. She makes us laugh and smile all the time and keeps us on our toes as well.
Aaron is getting excited for Saturday, first game of football season, and has been waiting for this day since last year. Him and Kyle have decided that on Friday they are smoking a brisket, then on Saturday watch game day and the A&M game and then brew a batch of beer. He is really excited about the weekend but it is going to be one LONG weekend for me and McKenna.
That is all that is happening in our lives, but I am sure tomorrow has something wonderful in store for us. Now that we are back in town for a while, we will try and post more often.

Enjoyed to pictures, had to go to the kitchen for a snack when I saw the photo of Juniors cheesecake. Can't believe we ate the whole thing. My other favorites are of McK holding playing with her ear. First Left then Right with the look "what is this"
