One more month!

We can't believe that in less than a month McKenna will be 1!! Time has flown by and it just keeps flying by. She is learning so many new things on a daily basis and is developing such a personality. She laughs when she hears people laughing (on the TV, out in public, if Aaron and I are laughing, etc.), she claps when she hears cheering, etc. It is fun to see her picking up and understanding when to laugh, when to clap, when to yell to get our attention, etc. She has learned a couple new tricks lately as well. She now says "gone gone" when her food is gone/she is done and she can eat with a spoon. We put food on her spoon and set it on her highchair, she picks it up and puts it in her mouth and then hands the spoon back to us. We know it is not "technically" feeding herself, but it is 1 step closer. That is all that is happening around Raleigh and our house. The weather is GREAT, in the mid 70's, and not missing the Texas weather. However, we will be missing it come November! We posted some pictures so take a look.
